Mireta.us is an online tool that helps users create and send service proposals using voice-to-text technology. By using Mireta.us, you agree to these Terms and Privacy Policy.

Mireta provides tools to generate proposals based on user input. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before sending it to your clients.

Free demo accounts allow up to 10 comments and/or 1 generated and sent PDF proposal.

Paid plans allow up to 50 proposals or 1000 comments per month, depending on usage.

Mireta offers subscription plans billed via Stripe: $13.90/month or $99.90/year.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Due to the immediate access to digital services and availability of a free demo, all payments are final and non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to use Mireta to process or transmit sensitive personal data such as passwords, payment card details, or confidential information.

Mireta is not designed for secure storage of sensitive information. You are solely responsible for the content you input.

Mireta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of generated proposals or uninterrupted service.

Mireta shall not be liable for any damages, including data loss or unauthorized access, resulting from improper use or submission of sensitive information.

Mireta.us may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve our services, including account information (such as email address), usage data, and technical information related to your interaction with Mireta.

We use cookies and similar technologies required for the proper operation of the website, including authentication, session management, and performance optimization.

With your consent where required by applicable law, we may use analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how users interact with our service and to improve our marketing performance.
